한글 학습 (LeaRniNg HaNguL)

Boys over Flower, You’re Beautiful, Perfect Match, Goong S, Princess Hours… Oh yeah, I’m talking about some of korean dramas I love to watch as my pastime. Even k-pop bands and songs are popular nowadays which aired and sometimes in the hit chart for their musical videos. isn’t it nice?! But being a fanatic of this korean sensations (hallyu) is not that easy. I know most of my friends are having a hard time and finding it a bit awkward to enjoy this stuff when all you’re doing while watching & listening to them is to read the english subtitles flashing below the TV screen. Awesome weirdness! LOL… That’s why I came up engaging myself to learn basic hangul, the Korean language. I know it will be hard for me at first since I’ve decided to do it by myself, I mean, getting the best I can have available reference can offer: internet, dictionary, books, listening to k-pops music & watching more as in more Korean dramas, which I found so addicting! ahahhaa… Eventually, alphabet is the first thing that cross in my mind when I decided to pursue this passion of mine to learn korean. Looking on the list of letters, I figured out that it’s not like chinese alphabet with hundred of letters, but it actually has a very simple alphabet which I learn in just a few minute (humble…. ahahaha) Letters are grouped in a syllable blocks containing consonants and vowels (with rules) that are very logical. As of now, I’m happy and proud that I’m still continuing to learn & gain more knowledge about hangul. Given a chance, i’ll surely will enroll myself in a korean school to develop this language. Who knows, I can go to Korea someday just to explore. Surely, this hardship definitely will be given a great reward! looking forward on that day! haaaaiiiizzzt…
